Hydrangea arborescens – Compact early blooming, durable and adaptable. Selections include ‘Annabelle’, ‘Hayes Starburst’, ‘Incrediball’, ‘Hass Halo’, and ‘Invincibelle Spirit II’.
Hydrangea macrophylla – ‘Eclipse’ – A new selection with dark purple foliage.
Hydrangea macrophylla – ‘Popstar’ – Hardiest and most reliable re-bloomer developed yet, with lace cap flowers of violet blue to pink blooms, and red fall color.
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Bobo’ – A very floriferous compact growing Peegee type. Excellent for foundation plantings and small spaces.
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Firelight’ and ‘Firelight Tidbit’ – In our opinion the best paniculatas with white blooms maturing to pomegranate red.
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Limelight’, ‘Little Lime’ – An extraordinary paniculata that boasts large lime green flowers. Selections of various sizes available.
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Little Lime Punch’, and ‘Limelight Prime’ – A compact, early bloomer maturing to rich pink and red.
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Phantom’ – The largeset flowers of the paniculata types. Strong stems.
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Pink Diamond’ – Tall, airy panicles of creamy flowers opening in late summer turning pink and then a deep shade of rose. Tree and shrub forms available.
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Quick Fire’, ‘Little Quick Fire’, and ‘Quick Fire Fab’– An early-flowering selection with pure white bloom quickly turning reddish pink and remaining effective for months. Excellent selection of various mature heights in tree and shrub form.
Hydrangea paniculata ‘Vanilla Strawberry’ and the more compact ‘Strawberry Sundae’– Enormous flower heads of a blend of vanilla and strawberry. Plants grow upright, cascading later in the season. Tree and shrub forms available.
Hydrangea petiolaris – Spectacular shade-tolerant climbing vine with attractive rich green foliage, reddish shredding bark, and fragrant white flowers through summer into fall. Our favorite flowering vine.
Hydrangea quercifolia – Oakleaf Hydrangea. Selections include ‘Ruby Slippers’, ‘Snow Queen’, and ‘Queen of Hearts’. Outstanding in woodland gardens or partial shade. Field-grown and container plants available.
Hydrangea serrata – ‘Blue Billows’, ‘Tuff Stuff’, and our favorite ‘Tiny Tuff Stuff’. These are the hardiest and most reliable of the lace caps. Compact grower, ideal for light shade. Outstanding in a foundation or woodland planting.
